Icy Vengeance (armor enchantment)

Icy vengeance is an armor enchantment that can be applied to body armor as well as to shields.
Armor of this type usually appears frosted and steaming with cold. If struck with sufficient force this cold immediately creeps up at whatever hit it with an icy white shroud. Thus, an opponent successfully striking a character wearing this armor with a melee or natural weapon suffers 1d6 points of cold damage.
