Your hand brings death to the lesser creatures of nature.

You can slay a creature of Tiny or smaller size instantly, provided it has no more than two hit points. Creatures with more hit points are immune. Should your target succeed in its saving throw, it is panicked for 1d4 rounds.

Alternatively, you can target a mass of animals, vermin or plants inside a shapeable volume of up to 1 cb.ft., provided that no individual has a number of hit points worth mentioning, and that the volume chosen is not part of a larger individual. Thus, the spell does 1d6 points of damage to swarms composed of living creatures.

Applied in this way the spell causes animals to die, vermin to crumble and plants to wither. A saving throw is not granted.

The spell is not limited to the creature types mentioned above. Any living creature fulfilling the prerequisites of the spell may be affected.
