Mindstrike (weapon enchantment)

Mindstrike is an enchantment that can be applied to any weapon.
By overflowing an opponent’s nerves and brain, a mindstrike weapon can do an additional 1d10 points of damage. However, a creature hit may negate that extra damage with a successful Will save (DC 13). This is a mind-influencing effect.
