Quick Draw (weapon enchantment)

Quick draw is a weapon enchantment that can be used for any weapon.
With a short movement of the carrier's weapon hand, a weapon enchanted in this way technically readies itself into its owner's hand, allowing him to draw the weapon with a free action.
