Shocking Vengeance (armor enchantment)

Shocking vengeance is an armor enchantment that can be worked into body armor as well as into shields.
Armor of this type usually sparks and sizzles with electricity. Striking such armor with sufficient force results in jolts of electricity leaping unerringly topard the attacker. Thus, an opponent successfully striking a character wearing this kind of armor with a melee or natural weapon suffers 1d6 points of electricity damage.
