Tempestuous (weapon enchantment)

Tempestuous is a weapon enchantment that can be applied only to missiles and missile weapons. A missile weapon with this enchantment bestows its effect upon any missile fired with it.
Such a projectile is cloaked in a swirl of air, trailing a draft of wind behind it that affects any creature hit as a gust of wind spell does.
